Today is an Outdoor Day

Hello FND Warriors.

To continue on my trek seeking positivity, I have decided that I am having a decent day. Pain and fatigue are bearable; balance is so-so.

To help usher in Spring (northern hemisphere), I will spend time outside. My goal is to accomplish something. Whether I clean up a section of my gardens from the Winter, put out a few Spring decorations, sit in the sunshine, or actually dig, it is all good.

My goal is to go outdoors. 😎

Wishing all a moment or two of positivity.

I enjoyed outside. Accomplished some things. Alternated between activity and rest. It was tempting to do more but I headed your advice to avoid overdoing.
