FND FRIENDS

Thanks again for your replys and support,i'm absolutely whacked and my legs are sore after being out yesterday looks like I won't be doing anything today I finds this part of it hard because I get frustrated and aggitated,i'm going to have to do a lot of talking to myself when the negative thoughts creep in I need to turn them around that's not easy for me but I will give it a good go. HAVE A NICE DAY EVERYONE WHATEVER YOUR DOING. THINKING ABOUT YOU LITTLECOOK THERE WILL BE SOME GOOD DAYS AHEAD I'M TRYING TO TELL MYSELF THAT SO THAT I DON'T TRY TO TAKE MY LIFE, (I HOPE THEY DAYS COME SOON FOR YOU..) So far i'm still 😀 and not😂yesterday was a strange day for me I felt this big burst of energy and happiness I was singing to the radio and felt glad to be alive, that's not usually me i thought what's going on here where did that come from note that i'm complaining because it felt good.😋 😋😋😋 that's the cheeky fun side of my nature.

glad to hear you had such a good day, there will be more. I go shopping with my wife (carer) and almost always end up sleeping the rest of the day. Have not found a happy medium yet. But always grateful for the good days. Hope your weekend is good or good-ish , I am off to audiology today what an exciting life we lead lol. Best wishes. Kevin
