my gp has allowed me to try pregabalin which eases nerve pain. Previously i have had a lot of painful pins and needles in feet legs hands and arms . and sometimes face. Though sensation in feet is still not normal the pain has improved considerably and that makes life with fnd bit easier.

Pregablin is good for pain and can help with sleep if taken in the evening. I take mine before bed and noticed an improvement in my sleep although this can be the opposite dependant on the individual. The only issue I found is I needed to be very observant of my diet as I am unable to exercise as much as I would need to if I wasn't strict with my diet and weight gain can be an aggressive side effect, again this isn't for everyone.
