Welcome, you will find a lot of experience, understanding and support here ..we all know the frustrations of having FND and strive to ensure it does not have US.

Hi and welcome, I just read your bio and nothings impossible with FND and some adaptions, self care may make a whole lot of difference.

I was reading an article on Microglia gone rogue ( I will post separately as fascinating but having a healthy lifestyle, diet, exercise and positive connections seems to play a key part in recovery.

It was following an email I received about neuro inflammation, whilst having some is necessary and positive, its the over inflammation that seems to cause a lot of problems.
