Gardening today

I was feeling great when I got up this morning and I decided to do some gardening for our sons birthday party tomorrow, what a big mistake I was probably 10 minutes into the gardening and I went very dizzy, I feel totally crappie now I feel like I'm useless and can't do anything. I'm so upset I so wanted to make things nice for him and his friends.

You normally feel dizzy from the moment you get up, so the fact that you were feeling great first thing, is a good thing.

don’t be to hard on yourself I’m sure your’re son is just happy to have his dad there on his birthday and having a party in the garden

FND is relentless but there are ways we can beat it if we allow our self time

Even if it’s a small win

I hope your son has a great day
