Good Day and Happy New Year,

I am sending out virtual hugs to all my fellow FND warriors and the administrators of this site. I would be blown away if this new year brings significant medical advancements, and more global understanding into the torment of FND.

In the meantime, I pray each of us can keep on keeping on. I’m hoping that collectively we can hold each other up with the information, tips, thoughts, and experiences shared in this group. Personally, I have benefitted from it.
