My child was diagnosed with FND in January. She was doing great this summer, and although we knew that it could recur, we got lulled into believing - and she certainly believed -- that she was totally fine. Now experiencing a return of a lot of symptoms. Can't go to school, is in a lot of pain, and going "why me? why is this happening?" What support is aimed at children with FND? I am so grateful to have found FND Hope.

There was that handbook written for kids, maybe you could check that out and see if any of the content in there might help you to answer some questions. Let me see if I can find the link (I printed it out because I wasn't sure my son had read it). Pretty sure it was a workbook too.
