Weird pain on top of the foot

Hello everyone!

I have been suffering from neck /upper back pain for a few days now. Last night, I felt a sharp like (shock pulsating pain that resembles Dr ho therapy system wires) on the top of my foot. It was also painful to touch and it lasted for about 2 mins then got better and happened again but wasn't as bad. Does anyone know if the pain has something to do with nerves?

Good evening not sure if will help you, when I get shooting nerve pain in my foot ( mostly one I have my limp on)

I roll my arch on a spikey yoga smal ball 50 times every night… ( sure Amazon do that) seems to help the muscles move and blood circulation maybe .. who knows. I started it when arches were tight with plantar fasciitus…. maybe worth a try ! Lucy

You could be developing Extensor tendonitis which causes pain on the tops of feet and if not cared for it can be debilitating.
