How do I go about getting help/a diagnosis?

I had my first aura and PNES based seizure yesterday. It had to have been psychological I believe because the seizure lasted over 30 minutes.

I've talked to some others with the same symptoms as me who were diagnosed with PNES and I am just wondering what to do. I know it's not physically dangerous. Or at least that is what I have been told. I just have general anxiety that has been super bad since the seizure. I was awake and somewhat aware when it happened. I don't know what else to add, but questions r ok.
