This morning at 8:am .I participated with my Neurologist and 9 lovely participants with various Neurological Diagnosis ,via Zoom Meeting ,it was inspiring ,informative and refreshing to know that I'm not alone .We covered a lot of things ,we shared a lot of things ,came away feeling so much better as to how cope with my complex ,complicated life ,I'm going to be alright ,I've got so much support ,Sending my gratitude for everyone and my Neurologist for this awesome addition in addressing my Wellness .Be encouraged today and everyday !
