Not sure if it’s fnd, fibromyalgia or something else

Hi hope everyone is doing as well as they can. I was just wondering if anyone has any problems with back cramps is the only way I can describe it. The left side I get a shooting burning pain first from the bottom of my back all the way to the top of my shoulder and down my arm and then I’m frozen in a silly uncomfortable position for up to an hour while having burning pains. I’m awaiting a call back from the doctors but was shuts wondering if anyone has experienced the same.

Thanks in advance
