He did tell me,imagine you had you're arm off. FND will tell you ,you still feel the pain.My brain is sending wrong messages, I said to him I could not walk 4 yrs ago until I exercised daily,he said so you understand then.10/10 for your fight keep it up,which I found very patronising.
