Odd cluster goose like bumps

Hi there

I have recently started getting these odd looking goose bumps that come up in clusters on my legs. I’m not cold when it happens, I feel a funny tingle, they come up in patches and go away after a few minutes.Its happened x3 times in a week, any ideas ?

I have the exact same thing. It comes and goes. My daughters also have FND and they get it too.

Do you get lumps at the back of your head, base of your skull?
