Vertigo as a symptom?

Has anyone had vertigo as one of their symptoms? If so what did you do for it and how long did the symptoms last?

Thank you for your response. I did go to my GP and he prescribed Hydroclorthiazide which is mainly used as blood pressure med and a diuretic. He said it would help break up the crystals in the inner ear. Also sent me to PT where they watch your eye movements while they turn your head left and right. Also did some balancing tests. All test were negative for vertigo. At the MD office they did flush out my ears, said they had a lot of wax in them.I am not taking the Hydroclorthiazide because I have very low blood pressure to begin with. But since having my ears flushed and going to PT my dizziness seems to have cleared. I hope it does not come back any time soon.
