Last September i had a horrible migraine pulsating hot scalp light sensitive. It began. Tinnitus in ears helicopter sounds, auras, eye pain continued. Occasional nerve pain in neck. Then i wrote my last exam this spring in april and that night i had fasculations in my left abdominal muscles. It moved shoulder, foot, arm, thigh, hip, toe, jaw all around totally random. And i get phantom like pains in my arms and legs where it feels like i have a bruise but nothing is there. The next day it is gone. I have severe fatigue and normal things that were easy before are so hard. I was just diagnosed last week but im not sure i believe it... maybe its MS? Still going to see a neuroopthamologist at ubc in october. I havent had an mri but i want one, the GP cant order it and neurologist said it wasnt nessicary. Whats wrong with me and why do i have these problems? They did nerve studies on me and listened to muscle contractions. They said my nerves are quick and responsive so i dont have als. But how do you get an FND diagnosis so fast? I think the hardest thing is people not believing me. Also severe brain fog... like a bag is over my head. I started taking probiotics for that cause it has helped before... and i smoke cbd/thc to numb twitching so i can sleep... but will i finish school or will this get worse? Its so frustrating and annoying... i just want my life back!

So sorry dear friend that your gone through all of this 🤗🤗🤗 big comforting soft hugs to you.

I will help explain to you about this horrible condition we have and how we got it an how to treat it an how to control it.

When we have the likes of insomnia, it is our body an minds way of letting us know that we are not switching off from our day and if it was anyway stressful then we are taking that to bed with us an it's settling down in our subconscious and that's preventing us from being able to sleep, that has a knock on effect to our dreams as we relive the stress in different shapes forms and events that stress us out more so much we don't know dream from reality for a few moments. This after a while causes our body's instead of our brains to have a break down. A falling out with our brain so to speek an dose not listen to the commands our brain is given it to function. We then in turn start having painful symptoms / tremors maybe fainting spells and even non epileptic Seizures. The only way we can stop all this from getting worse is to retrain our minds to not focus on negative pain points our body is sending it because once our main pain sensor in our brain picks up bad pain it focuses negatively on it and then our brain transmits to our other pain resistant point's to magnify the signal to our body here is pain he is sleepless nights due to pain. Here is brain fog. Here is loss of consintration. So this is why your experiencing your symptoms. Best thing you can do to put a stop to it to control your pain an discomfort is to reprogram, retrain your brain to let go the focus on these pain point sensors and to only focus on positive feedback to the body such as thinking of something that made you happy or laugh that week. Take a few minutes out to feel from your waist down is grounded underneath the flooring into the earth underneath your dwelling take a slow breath I. Only with your nose for the count of 5 then drop your jaw very slightly as you count out through only parted lips also for the count of 5 an keep focus on feeling your hips down earthed beneath your dwelling an do this 5 times.

So any time you feel like a bad pain, a discomfort or tremors coming on, don't give it any attention what so ever, starve your mind from it by doing the focus on breathing in for 5 hold for 5 out for 5 visualisation of grounding from your waist to under your dwelling. See how this goes for you and also download some mindfulness apps or just go to YouTube and get some videos. Glenn Harrold is a good one also Jason stephenson and medatation vacation.

All these may help you an definitely put your focus and energy into collage. Maybe the HTC ingredients is not a good idea if your having the kind of dreams your having when you do go asleep and maybe just use the CBD oil??? Just some ideas to help you. Also have warm showers I. Upward spray motion to open your muscles and lymphatic as well as your oxygen and blood levels an use cool water to rince off to close your pours. Dry yourself upwards too for the same reason. Tapping your thymus. The soft spot on your neck jus over your centre chest bone 10 times jentley before you eat or drink

Drinking cold will also help with your swallow and losing your breath like something went down the wrong way.
