Hi - I double checked and chased this down on the Lancaster University website: lancaster.ac.uk/shm/study/d...
it has her email address which i used to contact her directly.
Unfortunately you have to have diagnosis over 12 months ago to be included (which rules me out), but Sylwia was very nice and polite in her rejection note.
