Hey everyone I took it upon myself to walk to my city centre yesterday I ended up covering about 1.5 miles but let's face it I don't actualy walk more move in away that looks possessed must me and my buddy buggy smashed it suffering today so wish I had made a better attempt at covering my head from the sun its bonkers guys but hats make me fall over every time to the left I am in high spirits today and sending out my blessing to everyone big love mat

Go you, I think most of us with FND know we need to keep challenging ourselves. But not to the point of collapse LOL. Keep your goals acheivable and iy will do you the world of good. Oh and us too, hearing that there is room for us to improve.
