Good morning, yes every day I'm the same. If I've had heavy non epileptic attacks the day or night before, everything aches and hurts. Other than that, every morning I have neck and back pain (degenerative Osteoarthritis), pain in the hips, knees, ankles and feet. Again this is due to some arthritis setting in now because of the loss of my muscle mass around joints which once supported them. The pain in my feet is the strangest because it's hard to explain. It genuinely hurts to walk and when the hot pins and needles in them are present also that's not good. So this is every morning when waking (as well as other problems) and after sitting for a while. All the best.

My symptoms are pretty much similar to yours. Walking makes my feet hurt a lot and lower back. Like you said, it's hard to explain in words!! I also get back and neck pain, too. I was thinking the back and neck pain might be coming from a type of pillow I'm using... I recently noticed that I seem to be stretching my body, i.e. stretching my legs and pulling. So strange...
