Happy birthday 🎉 in case I forget, like you I'm always cold, winter wear still in unless very hot which at moment in England is not often, it's my mother in law birthday today but I'm not going as baby there and voices and I'll just ruin it for them. Wish I could go but I end up in massive seizures through all the noise and activity and I just don't think it's fair on her birthday to ruin it for them. Since my cold and cough started I had to stop my tramadol and Diazepan as taking cold pills and I was so sick at start I think the pills didn't go well together. Soooo electric shocks in back and neck, pain and spasms in back, neck behind ear but got to shake this cold by 24th as last visit to London hospital to get on waiting list to go in as an in patient for help. Just got to get there and hopefully get listed. I hope weather will be great for you and you have a lovely day, you also have a gorgeous garden and puss cat. Bless you! Oh! I pray you get better for your trip to London appt. and also get in on the inpatient program. It's unfortunate to miss out on things! Lord willing soon your symptoms can be less close to the surface and have a bit stronger nervous system. I totally feel you on that part!. So sorry about the sound! As I learn what I'm doing better I'll work on leveling out the sound so it's all the same and not dysregulating! Feel free to add me on facebook if you use it...I am an open book.

😊 I used to be on Facebook but after a year, I no longer have many visitors, everyone's life still goes on, whereas I'm stuck going nowhere, so I deleted it, I know life goes on but I just couldn't face it anymore. Plus I kept forgetting I had it so it's better for me to not have it. I private message my parents and daughter as I rarely see them. No good on phone just end up confused. Anyway you enjoy 😊 your special day and have a fabulous time.

Thank you for sharing. The opposite happened for me...i didn't have Facebook for like 3 years and then got it again to keep an eye on my teen (she knew) it opened me up out of my isolation and essentially was part of the impetus to the YouTube channel!

We will be friends here dear one!! I hope our vlogs do not also give you the sense of life going on without you...I see how having your real life circle go on without you would be too much to bare. Xoxo

I love your blogs as a lot of what you have, I too have, when I see your pain and movements I too have them, I feel less isolated because I see your pain and live it everyday and night too. No one can understand unless they live it. This is our reality, I can cope seeing that. I'm not alone. 🤗🤗🤗😊😊😊
