Having baths with FND.

Hi everyone!

I have FND and I have found that I can rarely have a soak in the bath anymore because my symptoms can worsen.

I get pain in my body and my muscles tighten up.

I used to love having a nice hot soak.

Even warm baths can do it.

My friend has the same symptoms.

Does anybody have these symptoms?

Any tips out there?

Thank you

Kim x

I need a hot bath to move in a morning !

I really struggle with cold weather, cold rooms and I can't tolerate ice for injuries

Baths have the opposite effect on me. They are so calming and soothing for me. I try to soothe with a bath or stop and relax when I feel my systems returning G. Stress, exhaustion, being in a car, and over stimulation are big triggers for me.

Yeah baths help me except if I use magnesium in them like with epsom salts or if I'm too I'll I can't bathe then shower suits better but it varies. Sorry can't be more help x
