Does anybody's jaw socket ever feel like its filled with air?

i couldn't move my jaw properly for like a week and it felt like the sockets were filled with air

no but sometimes i get what i describe as numbness, heavyness to my lower face part of my tongue can also feel numb,this can last for days when this happens my speech goes slurred.

i get lots of jaw pain/spasms but not really sure about air thing.
