Well after a long battle with my health, its now been decided that I have taken early retirement because of my health and being unable to work anymore, I went to see my manager yesterday and had a long conversation and we decided that I can no longer carry on the way I am so have agreed to take early retirement as off yesterday. It's sad but think I've made the right decision.
