FND and Me ...

Good afternoon all, I thought I'd join the forum and regale my situation. I was diagnosed as having FND a few months ago now but my story started last October. I was at work, having a stressful day. I then suffered a severe pain in my brain followed by a series of vibrations in my brain and eventually felt like something 'gave way' in the cerebellum.

Once this happened, I instantaneously had dizziness, a feeling of being spaced out and Zombie esque ... I spend my days now, not working, not able to focus, feel not with it and very dopey ... I am no longer precise about anything I do but the spaced out feeling is the worst symptom by far.

I wonder if there is anyone else out there with similar symptoms ? If so it would be great to talk ... thanks for reading my story.

Hi I don’t get the vibrations in my brain but I do get dizzy most of the time and feel spaced out for example I could be staring at something without realising for hours until my daughter snaps me out of it.

Morning, symptoms shaking - mainly down right side and arm and hand mainly, dead leg feeling again mainly rhs. Head aches, zombie like as well. Symptoms very similar to MS. In Scotland here attend Edinburgh Western General Hospital.
