I have cribiform, but not intraductal...this is very serious. I take it you have a family history as well...

Yes to "Intraductal" Carcinoma. Sorry you have joined this club no one ever asked to be a member of. I'm super busy this morning but will try to get back to you today.. there are about 5-6-7 members I've found in the last six months and I'll share their Health Unlocked names. Several of us have emailed each other and keep suggesting we pool our new credentials/experiences. Hopefully those folks out their that have similar diagnosis read your post and reach out to you as well so we can all gain advice/support. Talk soon,
What percentage of cribriform was present
According to ChatGPT 30-50% of Gleason pattern 4s contain some cribriform.
Did the report give a percentage of the pattern 4s that showed pattern 4?
Mine was 10% and that was only noted on 1 of three pathology interpretations of the same slides. The other reports only mentioned pattern 4.
I have cribriform pattern intraductal cancer, third pathology changed from 3+4=7 TO NOW 4+3=7 (MD Anderson) in 2 cores 50%.
I would suggest radical removal
Radiation does not respond well to that type of cancer.
I was told that by my urologist oncologist.
Also you need to act on this don’t wait.
I currently have been deemed unsuitable for surgery.
