My red blood cells are low, how to raise them, and make them healthier?
my red blood cells are always ~25% below the normal range. Now they are abnormally shaped. Is there a simple way to raise them, using food or supplements? Conversely, maybe food and some supplements are causing this anemia?
thoughts?

Short Term Fasting is advertised to make them healthier.I started a 4 month Fasting Mimic Diet (FMD). Google it for details. One of the touted benefits is a stronger immune system. I'm doing the second of 4- 5 day FMD the week before my next MO appt. I always get CBC, MP, T PSA and added Cholesterol since starting a statin. I'll be looking to see if there are any noticeable changes.
Thanks for reminding me of a few things that I’ve forgotten. Let me know how your test results turn out?
I’ve been doing intermittent fasting when I’m not taking nubeqa. Maybe being off the nubeqa will help. I need to get some deeper tests to see if there is a non-iron anemia type.
