My red blood cells are low, how to raise them, and make them healthier?
my red blood cells are always ~25% below the normal range. Now they are abnormally shaped. Is there a simple way to raise them, using food or supplements? Conversely, maybe food and some supplements are causing this anemia?
thoughts?

Thanks for reminding me of a few things that I’ve forgotten. Let me know how your test results turn out?
I’ve been doing intermittent fasting when I’m not taking nubeqa. Maybe being off the nubeqa will help. I need to get some deeper tests to see if there is a non-iron anemia type.
I have found that this seems to help my honey with his red counts - It is a superfood powder by Dr. Schulze(herbdoc.com_ - The superfood Ultra is the one we like. Also I try to get him to drink juiced wheatgrass - I buy a frozen product and it tastes better than fresh and less upsetting to the stomach.. plus it is EASY to make. It is from Dynamic Greens Wheatgrass Juice. We tried getting flats and juicing it ourselves but this is so much easier. Try the Schulzes first is my suggestion. Blend it in a good blender and it will be much easier. I mix it with water as it is one of those things you just get down. I hope this helps. Good Health!
I started with my normal hemoglobin levels, that were already below normal (I have Mediterranean anemia). Now values are stable but a good 15% lower than before. I have been told that it's also a side effect of ADT and ARSi.
