For last few days I have experienced this mild pain / stabbing that seems internal from beyond the perineum.

I am currently on Apalutamide as a monotherapy with PSA undetectable last week.

see onco soon but wondered if anyone had any ideas?

Thanks

Thanks Fish, it’s gone away atm- typical as soon as I mention it but was weird. No new exercise so unsure. I do have reappearance of fine chest hair ( I used to be really hairy) so maybe some T is coming back ( will ask about having it monitored). My red and white blood cells are back in normal zones for first time since I had my treatment pile on!

It wasn’t terrible more of an ouch what’s that when I sat down!
