Trial drug. ARV-766

I started my phase 1/2 trial today and was curious if there were anyone anyone else in this group with any experience with this Protac treatment. Rumor is, this will be the next Standard of Care. Atleast that is the hope.

Nsu,

These are the up and coming drugs...ARV-110 and this one.... an androgen receptor degrader as opposed to an inhibitor... Of course, there are other drugs coming too... I hope that one day, we will see treatment starting with something other than ADT and ARPI type drugs..

Thanks for your participation in a trial.... This is how we find answers... A salute to your courage...

Glad to hear it.... It would be great if you could share how the trial is going, and how the PSA is coming along.... much like Brysonal did with his vaccine experience... of course, the choice is yours...so many are looking for an option.... again, thanks for participating in a trial...

Good luck,

Fish

I’m happy to report positive results two weeks into this trial. Life is good.

By all means celebrate. Ten days Bicalutamide got my PSA a bit below 50%. Fourteen days your trial drug got yours down to 29%. The comparison shows that it is WORKING!

Wonderful to hear you have had success with this trial. It has been suggested for my husband. We are waiting for the results of the Foundation One test to confirm he his eligible. Have you had any major side effects? Would you mind sharing your previous treatments?

I have not noticed any new side effects from this drug. Status quo with what you can expect from abi. My treatment is well documented in my profile… help yourself. Good luck, I hope he finds the same fortune as I have thus far.

Hello!

I would like to see if I can get my husband into this trial. Where are you enrolled at?

Thank you so much! Do you know if Yale is still recruiting and if so, contact information? There are two other therapies we are looking at RP-3500 and ARX517, but ARV 766 looks so promising. I hope you are doing well! 🙏🏻
