hi guys does anyone know what FME not returned means regarding a medical report form from ATOS?

FME stands for "further medical evidence" a useful site that explains all the jargon etc is benefitsandwork.co.uk good luck x

who knows what they mean (I think thats part of their "plot") ha ha. I would say it means that you haven't offered up any further evidence to support the claim. I actually had in bold type on my decision letter that they spoke to me and I had no further evidence and that I said "I don't feel well enough to go to work" !! I received no such phone call and during that time frame I actually had my rheumy report from the hospital in my hands! Why would would I say I had no evidence? They are very tricky people and they do tell lies - so keep and copy EVERYTHING. x

they certainly are, especially when they didnt want to see me for last 2 medicals the regestered nurses both time just went off my esa50 form, and lengthen the time from a year to 18 months when they think i could return to work, ? their only doing this and keeping me in wrag as my money finished a year ago sick of them but im not giving in gonna fight them all the way to get in support group haha
