legs.. are hurting sooooo bad these last two day's any ideas how to combat it my tramadol dont work any more

Are you able to get in the bath? Try a hot bath to help relax the muscles. If you got epsom salts this sometimes helps (don't know why)

I can't take any type painkiller and it's hard for me to get in the bath, but it does help. Have you got any distractions ie music, films, books (I read although I find it hard to concentrate sometimes). Try to find something to take your mind off it.

thanx ive tried the bath too & i read & knit but its just not taking the pain away but thanx anyway

hi suwie , do u take paracetamol too ? i was told by consultant to take them at the same time as my tramadol as it makes the tramadol more effective , what dose are you on , do you have slow release so its in your system all the time ? , sorry asking so many questions , warm hugs J

not sure what dose im on to be fare but i will try paracetamol as well i start to shake when its almost time to take the nxt lot the gp wants me off the tramadol bu i cant stop them ive tried to take them 4 times aday too but had to change back to 2 then 2 thanx for your input xx

I've been taken off of my amitriptyline as my liver function tests are too high, and I'm in so much pain again! I've actually ordered myself some ACTIVE CHERRY supplements they are apparently great for helping with the pain, so don't you try these! I feel anything is worth a try!
