Brain Fog?! I'm sure I've got alzeimers! It took me over 10 minutes to remember what illness I had when someone asked me at work..

oh yes, Ive asked at the shop for tin openers, to hang clothes up, called my arms my legs, all sort of funny things, my youngest daughter, giggles with me now wer e used to it

I am very forgetful I also get my words muddled. I work 30hrs a wk and am in constant pain to. Sorry cant give any advice except that you are not alone.

Hi J,

My only advice would be to focus on improving your sleep - I find the level of my brain fog tracks along with quality and quantity of sleep. It never goes away but ocassionally I get a day when I can almost see the horizon!

i just put my memory problems down to the fybro fog, as i call it, as some days are clearer tan others, if that make any sense lol xxxxxx
