lol thanks for that link it is very apt i knew i have brain fog but the way i forget words and spellings which is really annoying as i have always been an avid reader but have always had difficulty in remembering the title of books and the place games i can never remember where things are i have had fibro since being 21 and now its worse than ever but its good to have it proven by reserch

Not surprise at all, no-one can speak properly on no sleep, common sense would suggest that lack of sleep and your ability to speak are linked. My speech is normally fine but after 5 consecutive nights of either broken sleep, insomnia or nightmares I'm struggling to string a sentence together. Not ideal when my end of year performance review at work was this afternoon lol! x

Thank you! I was thinking that at aged 50 - it was my age playing tricks on me...Dang it! Fibro has a ruddy lot to answer for! :-p

I hate brain fog! I usually have to attend big meetings and such like as part of my job and I get terrified that I've not understood what's going on and hate having to speak because most of the time I sound like a moron as I can't think of words or use the wrong one.

Thankfully my clients know me well....
