Good luck. I have the same problems as you plus others as well and my DLA was stopped last November. Had my tribunal for appeal today and I wasn't even allowed to speak. I sincerely hope you fare better than me. xxxx

Hi , I have fibro 3 bulging disc and sciatica but get high rate motability and high rate care , get onto welfare rights as I find that they are better than cab.

Hi Shopaholic, from experience you really need help with completing the forms as its not particularly what you say but the way you say it. I had help from the CAB but have also found the Benefits and Works website excellent, not sure if you have heard of it.

I think you should re-apply and get someone to help with completing the forms.

Take care, Angela x

hi yes i am the same got to fill forms in ayt my local DIAL office on 21 st May so hopefully they will do it ok for me and my GP is backing my claim so it jus a case of fingers crossed and if i fail this time i will re apply again until they listen love to you diddle x

keep filling and on as if you give up i think they think your not that bad! and like others say which i have read here lol but i forget what i have read that uickly! Your worst DAYS ! i do not claim anything, i would like a car on mobility though as my left side is bad on my worst days i cant drive!! my hands are either too bad or my legs dont want to work. so an automatic would be helpful..i just cannot do the physical side of my job anymore so had to pay for help which is killing my finances, so much for my dream of expansion!! arrrgggh but never give up..xxxx GOOD LUCK

I have noticed regulars who are volunteers on here who give good advice too x
