I do, but its not part of my fibro, its part of my other condition. To be honest the best thing would be to go to your doctor, as advising you to try anything else might not help without knowing your medical history. What I would have advised might not be good if you're on certain medications....
Please see your doctor - that is honestly the best thing and they might be able to give you something that helps quickly.
Hugs xx
you could try indian tonic water lots of it it is an old wives tail but its worth ago
I get cramp in my feet and calves. I don't know what it is from. Could be fibro or it could be my blood pressure med. I have mentioned it to my doctor but you know what they're like. They're taught to ignore us

I often get cramps, and I was told it was because I don't have much salt in my diet, so now and again I have some crisps, er, actually, I have some Doritos right now but anyway...I find having salt helps me, so if you have a low salt intake it might help you.
I hope you stop getting cramps anyway.
I often suffered cramps in my feet, then I stand up and my feet cracks then they are OK , But what I do find helps is to wear bed socks. These keep your feet warm and helps the circulation and since doing this I have not had cramp in my feet.
the dreaded cramp ,yes always and pins n needles walk like a 70 year old on waking thank god it improves once im up xx
One of my relations gets cramp in her legs - her doc prescribed quinine tablets, which help. So does heat. When she had an attack when staying with us, I gave her a warm wheatbag to help to ease it. I'd read somewhere that heat is useful in dealing with cramp.
