Some medications mess with your appetite and make you feel hungry, have you checked the side effects leaflet on any you are taking? I also have to be careful not to boredom / emotional eat.

I think if you know why you are eating at least you are able to plan to have some healthier options available. I also know I have to try to keep moving even when I really don’t feel like it. I soon pile on pounds if I stop.

If you are taking pregabalin or gabapentin one of the side effects is feeling really hungry as if you have a empty stomach

Yep - if I('d) allow myself to eat food that triggers my hyperacidic stomach...
