Hi all. I’m really struggling with my fibromyalgia and cfs at the moment. The horrible daily nausea and flu symptoms are back. The debilitating fatigue. My whole body aches. Sharp pains in my head and pain in my chest and upper back. Spent some time in hospital last week which caused a lot of stress which I think has brought on these symptoms. Anything you find helps ease your symptoms with crashes?

Hello there, I do have cfs /fibro so can totally relate to having these flu like symptoms, you ache and just want to crawl into bed , I do tend to rest it out, sleep , watch tv, play music , anything that relaxes you, hope it passes soon, I do seem to having more of these days up and down since the weather has got cold as well. I do like to soak my muscles in Radox or Epsom’s salts that does help in the evenings , I’m using my headache balm which has lavender etc in and is cooling on my temples. If you’ve any concerns ring doctors surgery for a call back , always good to have a piece of mind if chest/back pain persists .xx
