I can't say I know why you feel that way, it is a horrible way to feel. When things are going wrong for us and we are in pain and struggling, we can loose sight of what is important and it can be difficult to see what is good going on around us. x

When we're in a lot of pain it can seem as if we don't have a life, but there is always light at the end of a dark tunnel.
