Hi rg11

I have personally never heard of these supplements before.

From the very quick research I did it seemed to me that it is more for arthritis sufferers than Fibro peeps.

Having said that anything that helps with the symptoms of Fibromyalgia is well worth looking into.

I will read up some more about it.

Just out of interest where did you hear about it? Are you trying it yourself?

I have locked your post for you, just for the sake of internet safety.

I used to be given glucoseimine by my GP for osteo arthritis but it was stopped. NICE who decide what drugs are available on the NHS decided that there wasn't enough evidence to show they worked. He never prescribed the Chronditin as he felt I was on so many meds. that one would be a step too far. The cheeky devils sent me a letter telling me what dose I was on and where to purchase it if I wanted to carry on a buy it myself!!!!

My husband took this as a combo tablet for his arthritic knees. It was quite good and helped his pain but he has a weak back and felt it was making the discs slip more easily and giving him more problems so he stopped.

I take enough tablets already, I don't want to take more!!

know many on it inc my old nurses little dog had him running around! my friend got put on it years back as they was going to op on his shoulders as bone was black on scans but with that it helped bones grown back!

so yes does work made from Green lipped mucles

Thanks for the rrsppnsrs. Was told it would take around 4-6 weeks before I start to notice any significant difference in pain levels. Only took 1 yesterday but was really drowsy a few hours later and then could hardly sleep at night. Still drowsy even this morning.

Hi rgogarty

I have tried that supplement and sorry to say that it did not help me, but each of us are different especially where meds are concerned what works for one doesn't for others. Have even tried Rosehips and again did not work have heard that Cummin is supposed to help a lot of athletes use it.

Keep smiling

Love & Hugs

Xx
