Hello everyone thanks for all your kind words of support I've got some great news I had a meeting with my shift manager today I'm going to be roating between letters and sec packets every 2 hours and I'm starting on a three week trial matthew

Good news Matthew pleased for you.!! That RM are beginning to recognise they need to, adapt more to your needs. As said before my partner worked for them for 41 years. He also had Health problems including life saving surgery in March. So had allot of battles with RMail. Wishing you All The Best. X
