I was diagnosed with Fibro almost two years ago and its been tough. Would like to talk to people in a similar situation as it gets frustrating having no one around who really understands. xx

You have certainly found, to my mind, the most supportive and friendly forum there is to join and I welcome you 😀😀😀

You may like to take a look at our mother site fibroaction.org where you will find a lot of useful information but I know there are a lot of members from your neck of the woods around and no doubt some of them will join me in welcoming you.

We do try to have a laugh too as laughter releases feel good endorphins. Our highly esteemed administrator Ginsing greets us each morning and I put up what I hope is a fun Pic of the day, so do pull up a seat and join in the fun 😃😃

Hope you find this community both informative & supportive and find talking to others with Fibro helpful as we do understand. As Foggy says as well as providing this environment where you can talk freely where lovely members support each other through ups & downs, we also have the Admin who live with Fibro who post lighthearted posts. Zeb73 spot the ball, Hamble99b poems, pics from other members (plus the others Foggy has mentioned) and everyone joins in as a distraction from living with Fibro. Best of all you will hopefully find a few virtual friends along the way!

That is my Megan no 4 in a line of collies that we have had over the years. She has just had a holiday with us and was golden.
