I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? I am so sorry but I have never undertaken anything like this but I want to wish you all the best of luck your tribunal.

hi kathleen, it can take ages, i have waited almost a year & have my tribunal next week.
All in it took mine 15 months after 3 attempts 1st time they were running late and had to reschedule 2nd time the forgot my g.p notes had to reschedule and the 3rd date I didn't even hav to go in the lady frm dla was there her and my rep were called into the room the solicitor that was on the panel gave off to the dla woman for me having to go to tribunal he said she had to look at my was medical notes that I had done 2 wks b4 I applied for dla and make an award apparently this happens very rarely.so I was awarded high rate mobility and middle rate care took frm Sept 2012 - march 2014 good luck lv xox

Sorry, it seems to be one of those "how long is a piece of string" things.
1 as long as it takes.
2 however long they feel like making it (or according to the workload)
