shes not so innocent! whenever buster s playing with a stick ie on the beach then she wants it tormenting him every time..everytime she sees another dog she will lunge at them sometimes taking me with her she is that strong.she also knows every house where there s a cat or dog and walking past them she looks to see if they are out and for trouble!

Aww anbuma, Annie looks like she's the dog that got the cream, not the cat..... Hehehe :-) she would have had fun with my previous JR, Gertie! she used to do things like that and then lie right in the middle looking as proud as can be! Annie is just having a well earned kip :D :D

Arrrh dog will be dogs! She is gorgeous though so you can forgive her :)

Mine dislocated her shoulder this week but luckily the vet was able to pop it back in without even a flinch. I feel so guilty that i never noticed. We thought she had a sore foot. She chews her claws, typical nail biter so we thought it was that as one minute she was fine, then she limped, but luckily she is ok

she more than makes up for it at home.she is so loving(her staffie side)and will often put her paw on my arm as if to say " I love you and I know you aren't well"her fettishes are gloves and socks.i could be standing at my gate talking to someone and she'll whip the gloves from their hands.she has a habit of jumping up and licking peoples faces even if they are taller than me with no warning

mine is a staffie cross too

I think people have this attitude that staffies and English bull terriers are hard and tough!

They are soft and loving, its only bad owners that makes any dog a bad dog!

Im so pleased yours is so loving too. Our pets give us so much pleasure. they just want a cuddle, like we do really :)

You are right, they always know when you are feeling poorly and they will stay close xx

in reply tofibro

Its so true! My experience of Staffies couldn't be further from the bad press they get. My dog is a shocker for rounding up other dogs when was are out on walks, then making them race around wildly with him, and play wrestle (he is only 1 so really exuberant still). His favourite breed by far, and the best play mate of all, is always a staffie or a staffie x. They are gentle but mischievous, just like he is. He has around 6 regular staffie friends and every single one is as soft as the stuffing Annie has pulled out from that pillow! :D

I wish it were possible to have a bad/irresponsible owner put down...

Do you think we could get away with that one? Can you imagine the bed press then! Xx

love your last comment about annie and the pillow.when she s been on the beach and sees other dogs she goes running towards them at such speed it must seem terrifying fro other people dogs btu she will only play tho can be rough.my two torment each other .whatever buster has be it a stick or a bottle she will want it,they have had numerous tugs-of -war over sticks-and neither will give in .usually until the stick snaps.

in reply toanbuma

Haha, Sprocket does that too! He goes hurtling full pelt at dogs (and people) but jumps over the dogs and swerves round the people at the last second. The look of panic on their face is a picture. He is naughty, but it's all play, he hasn't got a bad bone in him. And the giddier he gets, and more playful with other dogs, the faster he races around. He often falls over and goes rolling off in random directions because he's been running to fast xx

annie does that .she is forever rolling over and in the muddiest places.sometimes think she should be put in the washing machine she is thta muddy!she will dive into puddles fro a drink whereas Buster is the opposite he will walk around any puddles.

Not what you're looking for?
