Hi gins,sorry for late reply.Iam still the same but a bit worse this morning as I have woke up with dreaded severe stomached cramps and diarrhoea and my backs really hurting

The words should properly read :-

the tap dancing troupe really did look to be sure fire talent show winners.........

until the beatboxin monkey joined in at the last minute and over took them all !!
