Well Spring has sprung and here I am in the middle of a flare of fibro symptoms. Happens every Spring. Does anyone else get this?

Many years ago I did not twig it at first but all my extra pains would start at autumn time, spring was all ways a bit better for me with the warmer weather.

Since having the pneumonia a couple of times my body has changed and I am finding I cant take the heat (nor the really cold either) so am wondering what sort of summer we are going to have.

I live in Australia and I've had fibromyalgia now for about 8 years. Yes, I find the same that I'm fine in the Spring and Summer months but as soon as we get a lot of humidity or Autumn/Winter comes around so does the pain and discomfort. It can be quite debilitating sometimes but I find hot showers, heat packs and taking one disprin with one disprin forte seems to help to ease it to a managable level so that I can at least function through the day. x
