Anyone ever taken Myo-inositol pls?

I have read this morning that Myo-inositol can help with infertility issues (Click to have a look:

and wondered whether anyone has ever taken it, as I have also read about side effects? Help please!

Hi Claire, I've been using it after reading positive research on it's affects to help you ovulate, I've been slowly building up to 4 grams a day, which is a lot so I'd suggest you buy the powder. Obviously everyone is different so I can't know for you, but for me I've not had any side effects and think it has helped this cycle but I'm giving it more time to be sure.
