Hi, I wanted to introduce myself and add my welcome to the Fertility Road Mind, Body and Wellbeing community.

I am a level 3 Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Pre and Post Natal Specialist. I train lots of pregnant ladies and have also advised and helped lots of ladies in the fertility journey, helping them to change their lifestyle and get their bodies in prime condition in order to conceive.

I am also a mum of my little girl Lacie. I not only trained throughout my whole pregnancy but also had to change my lifestyle in order to conceive, so I not only talk from experience but also know and understand the emotional roller coaster, conceiving can bring.

I can't wait to answer all your questions and support you on your fertility journey...
