Hi! I took biogaia in the run up to my successful FET and during the preganancy. I also took vaginal probiotics in the run up to the transfer - Canesflor, but I understand these have been discontinued since.
I have used Bioglan "Biotic balance female flora" and vaginal probiotics Canesflor. Canesflor has been discontinued, however you can still find the Bioglan product, which I keep taking.
