hi all
I have been testing with the weeks clear blue test for a few days and it still says I’m 2-3 weeks pregnant when I’m actually 5 weeks and 2 days following IVF.
Anyone else have the same?
Thanks

Hi, these tests don't count the 2 weeks before ovulation that are counted with pregnancy so 2-3 on these tests actually means 4-5 in reality so if you are 5 weeks the tests are about right. Hope that helps.
Hi. I think you will find there’s a delay, so try EPU or be patient until your scan. Keep busy. Good luck. Diane
Hi,
I’ve had a really bad experience with these tests and would never use them again because of the upset they caused. Mine never got to 3+ weeks when it should have, I had IVF and HCG bloods done so I knew exactly when it should have come up 2-3 and 3+ weeks but it never did.
I’d say save your money and not bother with them! Xx
These tests brought me a lot of stress and I saw from so many other ladies posts at the time that they aren’t always accurate…. They were for me though (but the worry is more if they go backwards) but as you are just over the 5 week mark I wouldn’t worry too much. Have you tried taking it in the afternoon rather than morning? For some reason that seemed to have stronger concentration for me! In the end I ended up getting a private HCG and early scan to find out what was happening as they are just so unreliable xx
I’m also 5 weeks 3 days today. I did the clear blu and it also came up 2-3 weeks. The test is like 2 weeks behind. Try not to panic. I did hcg test on Friday and levels were 1860.8.
These tests caused me more stress!! I never got a 3+ despite being 6,7 and 8 weeks pregnant and scans showing baby was doing absolutely fine! I read this happened to alot of other people so try not to panic!
It doesn’t count your first 2 weeks for some reason. So you need to deduct them from your actual no of weeks if you want to compare
