Our baby girl arrived 3 weeks early and is doing well! 🩷 A huge thank you to the warrior women on here who have helped me get through the last 2 years. My journey as an older mum came with it challenges but after 4 x cycles, 1 x failed transfer and 1 x miscarriage, at 42 years and 11 months we have been blessed with a beautiful baby.
To all you older women out there, don’t give up hope, miracles can happen.
Sending lots of baby dust and best wishes to you all x

Many congratulations, that's wonderful news! And just what I personally needed to read while trying to ready myself for my fourth cycle after a recent miscarriage - I'm currently 39 and consultants have started to mention donor eggs, which I don't really want to hear!
Congratulations Rainbow232 such wonderful news! I am at 35 weeks and must be roughly the same age as you. Just got our date for a c-section which I need to have as part of my fertility issues was due to fibroids and I had to have open surgery to remove them. I can only imagine how you must feel and just want you to know how much it helps hearing from others going through similar experiences and how much hope it has given me during an incredibly challenging time. So thank you for being a warrior. Enjoy your bundle of joy!!! 💜✨🎉🤗
Thank you and congratulations to you on your pregnancy - not long to go now. Our baby had to be delivered at 37 weeks as I developed late stage preeclampsia. I opted for a c-section and it was the best decision! Recovery has been really quick and minimal pain baring the first couple of days. All the very best to you for the delivery x
