Hi Ladies

Just wondering what you think

Transfer was 6 days ago

I was given 80 IU of HCG and if I’ve worked it out correct that should have left my system or at least be at extremely low levels

This was not fmu

Any advice would be appreciated 🙏

if you have had any form of hcg trigger I would be tempted for give it a couple more days for certainty because I think they can hang about for a good couple of weeks. That said, i can’t imagine a trigger would be that dark by now. I think that’s a pretty good line for 6dp5dt and would be cautiously optimistic!

Eeeeekkk that’s for responding ❤️ I’ve been googling like crazy 🤪 the things this journey does to us.

This was my last embryo after 7 tries and at 44 I wasn’t going to do another round

I can only leave it in Gods hands now and pray for some progression 🙏

That's a strong line for 6dp5dt. If you had the hcg as a trigger for collection (not for transfer on a FET?) then it should be gone by now but even if there was some left it would be tiny and not giving you that strong a line. Hopefully if you continue to test it will get darker, or you can get hcg repeat bloods done to see how things are progressing if you don't want to go down the comparing lines madness.

Hey thanks for responding 🙏 I had the trigger on the day of the transfer (frozen) but it was a very small dose 80IU compared to 5000IU given before epu

I believe it’s just a small amount to trick the body into thinking it’s pregnant to help implantation

I have read trigger HCG has a half life of approx 30 hours or less so I’m feeling fairly positive that after 6 days it would be pretty much gone and if there were some residual amount it wouldn’t cause a line that strong?

I don’t know if I’m pulling at straws here 😬😬😬

I think for now I will leave it and do another urine test the morning of my bloods just to know. I don’t want to start testing everyday sending myself crazy 🤪

That does sound a very small amount and it's a good line so I would be pretty confident. And if you can hold out on testing you're stronger and wiser than me 😀
