hiya, so got my hcg level back today and it came in at 462 at 4 weeks and 5 days (14dpt)
Not going to lie I am a bit bummed as with my last two FET one which was successful and the other ended at 5weeks + my hcg levels were like 1262 on 12dpt.
So today’s results are very low in comparison.
I don’t want to be negative and to be fair happy to take this win for the minute as I am taking each day as it comes. I asked the nurse if I could repeat them at the end of this week for reassurance and she said not likely to happen as there is no clinical indication as to why they should be repeated. I said I’ve never be denied hcg blood test repeats in the past considering I am paying for them!
She said I can try but don’t be surprised if the doctor says no.
Just find it very odd. 🙄
Does anyone have any similar results and successful pregnancies?
Thank you ❤️

I understand the worry especially if it's lower than your other times, but the number still looks good lovely - I'm currently 13+2 and my beta was 532 at 14dpt5d, so quite similar to yours
I found my clinic similarly inflexible re blood tests. If you're based in/near London, I know of a private clinic that does the same day beta blood test under £50, which I've used numerous times - DM me if you're interested x
I wouldn't worry about the number itself - each pregnancy is different and this one could have implanted a few days later. My current pregnancy I couldn't pinpoint exact dates but the numbers seemed lower than on my successful FET. What you're after is the rough doubling over 2 days - that's always been the indicator for me, successful and not, and even with high numbers if it's not been a consistent trend it's not ended well. It's annoying your clinic won't repeat them but many clinics won't do them at all (my NHS one wouldn't even comment on the results I got done through my GP and privately). If the doctor says no even if you offer to pay then you could try your GP (very hit and miss) or use a private in-person or online service. Then at least you know a bit more.
Thank you, I have booked a private blood test in this week. So scared to see the results 😞 my test lines seem to be the same not getting much darker and with no symptoms I’m fearful but trying to keep faith in the process. X
my HCG was 442 at similar time to you and I’m currently 16+4 weeks, I’d had two losses previous to that and my HCGs have always been similar but I couldn’t get retested either. But this time everything is currently looking fine. Fingers crossed for you
